The objective of the Gold Team is to play the highest level of competitive baseball in an atmosphere promoting skill development and sportsmanship, and the goal is to win the Tournaments entered, Districts, States, Regionals, and invitational tournaments alike.

The objective of the Blue Team is to promote an atmosphere of skill development and sportsmanship where winning would not be the primary goal, but the development of each individual participant being paramount to any desire to win, and the bi-product of hard work and skills development could be achieving wins in the leagues and tournaments played.
